Cursor color can be changed on the Editor->Style page, Caret group of the configuration dialog.

I have my editor background set to black. The cursor is also black. There is no setting to change the color of the cursor because of this I have to guess where the cursor is. It would be handy to be able to set the cursor color so that I can see it.
